I am a Learning and Development professional with over 10 years’ experience in professional services. I regularly coach clients across a wide range of topics, usually focused on career progression or overcoming hurdles to achieve goals.

I graduated university in 2011 with a degree in creative writing. I am also an ex-tennis coach, skills that transfer in to my role as an executive coach, and in 2023 I completed my Diploma in Executive Coaching. I have hours of coaching experience and am currently working towards ICF accreditation.

I am a football fan, a rugby fan and an F1 fan (so sports generally). I am a podcaster. I am a fan of live music. I am a family man. I enjoy cooking, and I love my cat.
